Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our quality team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
